The houses Kilada, Kalithea, Korifi and Vouno Spiti constitute together the country seat of Agia Fotia.

The houses lie dispatched on a wooded hillside, about 800 meters from the beach with a phenomenal view of the Libyan sea, the Rock of Eden, the bay, the valley and the mountains.
Around each house are gardens with oleanders, eucalyptus, palm, fig and pine trees; the gardens are surrounded by olive groves. Spacious, private terraces with pergolas give you a lot of privacy and living space.

Optimum privacy,  the houses lie on different terraces on our mountain. They are equipped with airconditioning, c.q. electrical heating, Wireless Internet. Indoor and outdoor shower, washing machine, electrical oven and stove, microwave, CD/Radioplayer. Screens for windows and doors. If necessary babybeds. All linen is present in the houses, you have just to bring your own beach towels. Our drinking water is fresh source water from the nearby Psychro source. Kilada and Kalithea have an open fireplace, Vouno Spiti a wood stove.

The rental price for the houses a week, including the final cleaning:

If you rent Kalithea or Kilada together with the adjoining studio -equipped with its own kitchenette and bathroom-  it will be 100€ more. In July and August Kilada and a Kalithea are only available with the studio.

Swimming pool:

If you like you can use the pools of the hotel on the way down to the beach (a drink at the bar is always appreciated), but the beautiful clear water of the Libyan sea is hard to match.

In each house you find a comprehensive information booklet with shops, tavernas, restaurants and kafenions, all kind of walks, short and long car trips etc.

Our hostess/manager is Greek and together with her ​​daughter she masters the English language decently.
